Can I make a small claim if the computation on my car payment is wrong?

Bought a car and many boxes show amount owed and total financed as X. By the time it gets to the bank (financed through dealership) the loan is now for x + 195. Complained to the dealership about how the truth in lending total box saying x is what should have been financed. They point out how at the top of the doc (before the till section) is a line showing the bank loan app fee of 195. The till section though shows the fee and a -195 pre payment to make the total x not x + 195. Dealership basically says too bad for you. Can I take them to small claims?
