Warranty company delaying approval. Purchased used car from dealer. Purchased warranty. Car broke down (covered component), took it to certified mechanic (verified the problem), warranty company is delaying on approval for repairs (6+ business days). Required tear-down of car (which I think is a violation of a permanent injunction ordered in 2005). I want the coverage's that my warranty covers which I paid for in full. Do I have a case?
